Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at orders@showmebbqsauce.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We can't accept items sent back without a return request first.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right. There's no time limit to report a damaged or wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened items can't be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If it's approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 1 week of receiving your return. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
